What kind of quality is our jewelry?

Our jewelry is made of sterling silver and a 14k or 18k gold plating. The zirconia and gemstones are carefully set in the jewelry and are not glued on. This means your jewelry will be looking beautiful for a very long time. It will not turn black when you go swimming with the girls;-). Will my jewelry turn black?

No. If you take good care of it, our jewelry won't turn black. It is made of high quality materials and it is made to last a long time. Please do read our jewelry care page on how to take the best care for your sparkles.

Are the out of stock items coming back?

Yes! Mostly they will be back in max 2 weeks. If you're really excited about a specific piece you can always send an email to sales@dreamchaser.boutique are through our contact form and we'll keep you posted.

What is the origin of your jewelry?

Our jewelry is produced in Belgium, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Where is my order?

All of our shippings come with a tracking code. As soon as we ship your order you'll receive an email with this tracking code. If Dpd is your carrier then you'll also receive a message 1 hour prior to delivery. If you can't locate your order please contact us on sales@dreamchaser.boutique or on our social media and we'll take care of it.

Can I return my order?

Yes! You have 14 days from the day you received your items to send them back to us. More info about this on our return policy page.
